Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Tap Ins account and the personal data associated with it at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Delete in the app

1. Open the Tap Ins app (or app.tapins.golf) and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Scroll to Delete Account and confirm.

What gets deleted

• Your account and profile information (name, email, phone number, profile photo).
• Your scores, round history, and performance statistics.
• Your rewards activity (points, tier status, redemption history).

Can't access the app?

Email us from the address on your account at info@tapins.golf with the subject “Account Deletion Request.” We will verify your identity and delete your account and associated data within 30 days.

Real-money tournaments (Lucra Sports)

If you used our optional real-money tournaments or head-to-head challenges, those are operated by Lucra Sports, which maintains your wallet balance, transactions, and identity-verification records separately. Withdraw any remaining balance first, then contact Lucra to close that account. See Lucra's Privacy Policy for details. Deleting your Tap Ins account does not automatically close your Lucra account.
